What is a wallet and how does it work?
Your Outfit Fashion wallet is a credit balance attached to your account. You don't add money to it — it gets credited automatically when you earn rewards or receive a refund.
- Credited from referral rewards and cashback you earn
- Credited when an order is refunded (refunds go only to the wallet, not back to the original payment method)
- Redeemable at checkout — apply any portion to reduce the amount you pay
- Non-transferable — tied to your account; cannot be moved, sold, or gifted to another user
How do I check my wallet balance?
You can check your wallet balance in multiple places:
- Visit your Account page — the balance is displayed prominently at the top
- During checkout — your available balance shows in the payment options
- In transaction history — see all wallet activities and the running balance
Can I add money to my wallet? How does it get credited?
No. The wallet is not a top-up wallet — you cannot purchase or load credit into it. Wallet credit only comes from:
- Cashback on qualified orders
- Referral rewards when a friend you refer completes their first order
- Task completion — finishing tasks listed on your Account page
- Refunds on returned orders (issued to the wallet, not back to the original payment method)
Rewards earned from cashback, referrals, and task completion don't credit instantly — they accumulate and are credited to your wallet once a month, on the same date each month as the day you created your account (for example, if you signed up on the 12th, your rewards credit on the 12th of every month). Refunds are credited as soon as the return is processed and don't follow this monthly cycle.
Can I withdraw money from my wallet?
Yes, through the payout system:
- Navigate to Account → Payouts
- Request a payout for the available balance
- Funds transfer to your registered bank account
- Processing takes 3 — 5 business days
What is the minimum balance required in my wallet?
There's no minimum. You can keep any balance, including zero. Use the wallet when you have funds, or leave it empty when you prefer other payment methods.
Are there any fees for wallet transactions?
Our wallet is fee-free:
- No fees for using wallet balance on purchases
- No maintenance fees or hidden charges
How long do wallet transactions take to reflect?
Processing times vary by type:
- Purchases — instant; balance is deducted at checkout
- Rewards / cashback / referral / task completion — credited monthly on the anniversary of your account creation date (e.g. signed up on the 12th → credited on the 12th of each month)
- Refunds — 5 — 7 business days after return processing
What happens to my wallet balance if my account is deleted?
Closing your account collapses the wallet — any remaining credit is forfeited and cannot be recovered.
- Wallet credit is non-transferable and is not refunded to a bank account or original payment method when the account is closed
- Account deletion must be requested through customer support
- All pending orders must be completed or cancelled before deletion
- If you have unused wallet credit, redeem it on a purchase before requesting deletion

How do I create an account?
Quick and easy:
- Click "Register" or "Sign Up" in the top navigation
- Enter your first name, last name, and mobile number
- You'll receive an OTP on your mobile
- Enter the OTP to verify
- Optionally enter a referral code for bonus rewards
How do I update my account information?
From the Profile page:
- Click "Edit Profile" or the edit icon
- Update your name, email, or other personal details
- Click "Save" to apply changes — they reflect across your account immediately
What is my account status and what does it mean?
Your account status indicates the current state of your account:
- Active — fully functional; you can purchase, earn rewards, and access all features
- Inactive — temporarily suspended; contact support for assistance
- Deleted — permanently removed; you'll need a new account to use our services
You can check your status on your Profile page or Account summary.
How can I verify my email address?
From the Profile page:
- If you haven't added an email, click "Add Email"
- Enter your email address and click "Send Verification Email"
- Check your inbox for the verification link
- Click the link to confirm — your email is now linked to your account
Can I delete my account? What happens to my data?
Yes, with a few caveats:
- Account deletion must be requested through customer support
- All pending orders must be completed or cancelled first
- Any remaining wallet balance is refunded
- Your personal data is permanently deleted per our privacy policy
- Order history and transaction records may be retained for legal compliance
- This is irreversible — you'll need a new account to use our services again
How do I change my password?
Our platform uses OTP-based authentication, so there's no password to remember or change. Sign in with your mobile number and an OTP each time. To change your mobile number, contact customer support.
What is "Member since" and where is it displayed?
It shows the date you created your account:
- Displayed on your Profile page in the profile summary
- Also shown on your Account page in the account summary
- Set automatically when you complete registration
How do I manage my saved addresses?
From your Profile page → "Addresses" section:
- Add — click "Add New Address" and fill in the details
- Edit — click the edit icon on any saved address
- Delete — click the delete icon to remove an address
- Set default — mark an address for faster checkout
You can save multiple addresses for different delivery locations.
What's in my account summary?
A quick overview of your account:
- Member since — date you created your account
- Account status — Active / Inactive / Deleted
- Wallet balance — current available balance
- Total earnings — cumulative rewards and earnings
- Total orders — number of orders placed
- Saved addresses — number of saved delivery addresses

What's the difference between credit and rewards?
- Rewards — points or cashback earned through activities (orders, reviews, referrals, tasks)
- Credit — the actual money value added to your wallet from rewards
- Earned rewards convert to credit and add to your wallet automatically
- Credit can be used immediately for purchases or withdrawn
How are monthly earnings calculated?
Monthly earnings show your total rewards earned in the current month:
- Includes all rewards from orders, tasks, referrals, and other activities
- Calculated from the 1st of the month to the current date
- Resets at the start of each new month
- View on your Account page in the reward aggregation section
What are pending earnings and when do they become available?
Pending earnings are rewards earned but not yet credited:
- Order rewards — pending until the order is delivered and confirmed
- Referral rewards — pending until your referred friend completes their first order
- Review rewards — pending until the review is approved
- Task rewards — pending until task completion is verified
Once verified, pending earnings credit automatically to your wallet.
What are completed tasks and how do they affect my rewards?
Completed tasks are activities you've finished that earn rewards:
- Tasks include reviews, surveys, referral bonuses, and monthly goals
- Each completed task earns you a specific reward
- Rewards from completed tasks credit to your wallet
- Completed tasks count toward your total earnings and loyalty status
How do I track tasks I've started?
From your Account page → Tasks:
- View all available tasks and their requirements
- See which tasks you've started but not yet completed
- Track progress in real-time
- Get notifications on completion
- Filter tasks by status — Available / Started / Completed
When and how do I receive payouts?
Payouts let you withdraw your earnings:
- Navigate to Account → Payouts
- Request a payout for your available wallet balance
- Funds transfer to your registered bank account
- Processing takes 3 — 5 business days
- You'll get a notification once the payout is processed
What is the minimum amount required for payout?
There may be a minimum payout threshold (typically ₹100 or as specified). Check the Payouts page for the current minimum. Anything below stays in your wallet until you reach the threshold or use it for purchases.
How can I use my rewards?
Rewards convert to wallet credit and can be used in several ways:
- For purchases — use the wallet balance during checkout
- Partial payment — combine wallet with another method
- Withdraw — request a payout to your bank account
- Save — keep rewards in your wallet for future purchases
All rewards are immediately available once credited.
