Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Returns

1. We offer a 3-day easy-return window from the date of delivery. Raise your return request within this window from your order page.
2. Products must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags, packaging and accessories intact.
3. Returned products must reach our warehouse within 14 days of the return being initiated.

Refunds

1. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
2. Refunds are credited only to your Outfit Fashion wallet, not to the original payment method. Wallet credit can be used on any subsequent order on our store.
3. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

1. Exchanges are available within the same 3-day window.
2. Exchanges are not free — a delivery fee applies for pickup and redelivery of the replacement product.
3. Exchange is only for the same product (different size/variant where available).

Eligibility

1. Unused, original packaging, tags intact.
2. Customised or personalised items, innerwear and final-sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
3. Cancellations are allowed only until the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
