Coupon Policy

1. What are Coupons

Coupons are promotional codes issued by NSVPL that provide specific benefits to customers. Coupons are NOT purchasable and can only be earned through completing tasks, winning rewards, or through promotional campaigns run by the Company.

2. Types of Coupons

NSVPL issues two types of coupons:

• Wallet Credit: When redeemed, the coupon value is credited directly to your wallet balance. This amount can then be used towards future purchases or payouts as per wallet policies.
• Order Discount: This coupon provides a discount on your order when applied at checkout. The discount is applied to the order subtotal.

3. Coupon Codes

All coupon codes issued by NSVPL begin with the prefix "COU". If you receive a code that does not follow this format, it may not be a valid NSVPL coupon. Each coupon code is unique and can only be used once.

4. Expiry

• Time-limited coupons: Some coupons have an expiration date. These must be redeemed before the expiry date or they will automatically become invalid.
• Lifetime coupons: Some coupons do not have an expiry date and remain valid until they are redeemed or the program is modified by the Company.
• Expired coupons cannot be reinstated or extended.

5. Non-Purchasability

Coupons CANNOT be purchased with money or reward points. They are exclusively earned through:

• Completing designated tasks and goals on the platform.
• Winning task rewards or promotional campaigns.
• Special promotional events authorized by the Company.

Any attempt to buy, sell, or trade coupons is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

6. Non-Transferability

Coupons are assigned to individual accounts and are non-transferable. You CANNOT:

• Transfer coupons to another user or account.
• Share coupon codes with others for their use.
• Sell or trade coupons on any platform.
• Use a coupon assigned to another account.

The Company reserves the right to invalidate any coupon and take appropriate action if misuse or transfer attempts are detected.
